I had sent a product by India Post Registered Parcel to a buyer in end of august 2014. The tracking was getting updated till 02/09/2014 which shows as destination reached of the buyers shipping address. After that there has been NO update. The buyer had filed for refund stating item not recd. I appealed against the refund and eBay has put on hold.
The buyer is not anwering my calls, emails or sms. How do I come to know whether he has the parcel or Not. What If he has the parcel and still claims the refund.
The Postal people are saying that web tracking is the only proof they can provide of the delivery and refused to entertain my queries.
I have complained on the INDIA POST WEBSITE and also to higher authorities at the concerned places of Destination Post Office. I have written them to update me with the status of the parcel.
Please help me with this issue.
