I had shipped a 10,000/- Value Sony Hifi headphone to a buyer in Assam by bluedart Air. It was delivered in 4 days and imidietly a complaint saying its broken was raised. I called the customer on the same day....phone number not working. I sent him a msg on ebay asking about the problem and left it at that. After a week there was still no response I called the buyer again....no response again. I sent him and email to his gmail id. No response to that either. I tried calling him again a few times.....number not working. I called ebay and made a complaint.......today after a week I get this in the courier.....a headphone worth hardly 60/- broken in 10 peaces in a hairpin box. I have called ebay complaints immidietly. This is a clear case of fraud and I'm stunned by his audicity. He is making fun of ebay and its sellers. Clear case of fraud.
