I am facing excess weight issue with powership weight calculation they weighted wrong and charge too much for powership orders same order in non powership i sent through DTDC courier my self its very low rates then the powership. When i talk to the powership customer care they ask me to open request on my powership page when i open it they dissapproved again n again stated that LSP weighted correctly/ 250gms not available in COD/45 days old transaction. they delayed on result it self and ask me its 45 days old transaction. very very upset with this reason please help me out. otherwise i have too stop the powership programe because i got self shipping by any courier company is very low price.
