How to get feedbacks from customers. Feedback is one big challenge which i am facing on ebay. I always provide feedback to all my customers and do shipping on time but still customer do not bother to revert and provide their feedback at all.
Kindly suggest what should i do to get feedback from these customers.
Also how would i be able to promote my business on ebay and become Top Rated selller.
