Does ebay ever do non-favourable claim handling?

Does ebay ever do non-favourable claim handling?

I heard all fraud buyer claim for refund and ebay approve their claim without any shame.

It seems ebay always favours the buyer.

 

Every seller on ebay is facing huge risk this way and this is illigal, I think sellers should take this to court and ask present all evidence and ask ebay to pay damage+ compansation and also ask government to ban such business.

 

What do you think?

 

I have recently had fraud buyer experience, he has raised false claim after receiving item and after reading all about claims on internet I think I am gonna lose my money and my item both and I want to do something against this whole system.
