I chased '2600 Mah Battery Power Bank Portable Mini Charger With Keychain" from seller on
the item was delivered defective as it was not charging at all.
it has been more than 1 month since i started conversation with the seller after receiving the defective product.
the seller responded well and asked me to re-ship the item with promise to refund the cost of item and re-shipment cost.The cost of item was Rs 265 and shipment cost Rs 67 totaling Rs 332/-
The seller have received the item about a month back and confirmed the receipt.;
they promised refund more than three weeks back and since then I have not received any correspondence from the seller nor the refund.
this is a total disrepute to the100% positive feedback following which i trusted them as a good seller and placed my order.
you are requested to suggest corrective action.
