Which courier to use for SURFACE transport to Uttar Pradesh,West bengal etc

Hello Everyone

Currently I send parcels through fedex, ondot or dtdc. Most of the parcels are big products and are thus sent via surface mode only.

Fedex ask for sales tax form from the buyer for shipments to Uttar pradesh, West bengal orissa etc.

Till now I used to send these products via ondot courier but now there service is going downhill and I have decided I would rather not ship the products to these states rather than using ondot!

People have said that dtdc, first flight and trackon take couriers without state forms. But all these companies have told that they require state forms!

Therefore I would like to know from sellers how do they send Surface products to these states and what courier do they use?

Try India Post's Speed Post service.

The issue with speedpost is if the parcel is lost it might be a lot of hassle in dealing with the post office. As I havent sent shipments through speedpost before I do not know how their service is.
