A buyer who works in a software company in Bangalore and having home in Chennai had given us the first order through paisapay ID 26622942752 for Item No. 270570954624. through his first ID i.e. prasanna_r82 on 2.5.2010.
The same buyer gave us another email on same day from his another ebay ID i.e. venk160382 to ask a question about the product (We have the proofs).
The product was delivered to buyer within 8 days of order and in between buyer sent us multiple emails even also questioning our integrity. When the buyer received the product then he became silent for 20 days and then gave us negative feedback for non-functioning of the product. We appealed for it in CC and requested him to send the product within 30 days of warranty time as per our ebay listing.
The buyer lied in CC that the product was switching on but when we finally received the product after 45 days of order (expiry of warranty period) then we found that product was physically damaged and hence it was returned in the same condition to the buyer.
The buyer earlier tried every mean through ebay i.e. Guarantee Claim, CC, SNAD, further escalation of case to harras us for no fault of us and get the replacement of damaged product.
Thankfully all the cases were closed in our favour and then we blocked the buyer's first ID to avoid same problem in the future.
But the buyer didn't stop there......
He then gave us the second order to take revenge for removal of negative feedback from his 2nd ID i.e. venk160382 on 15.7.2010 via paisapay 26998073728 of item no. 280531826250.
We knew at that time it was the second order of the same person but we still honoured the order and got the product delivered to him on 31.7.2010. The product was received by his brother Mr. Satish Kumar who then send the product back to him in Bangalore.
As before, the buyer again sent us same type of multiple emails during transit time to trouble us unnecessarily.
Now, after seven days of receiving the same product the same buyer straightaway opened the SNAD case like last time without contacting us in this regard.
He has used and then damaged the second product intentionally and now forcing us the money refund while we do not have money refund policy.
Although, we do not have money refund policy but still If we provide money refund for damaged product then again we are destined to face negative feedback as seen by buyer's intentions.
We request eBay to kindly look into the matter so as to help us get out from the grip of this buyer.

The buyer had created two eBay IDs to misuse ebay coupons and extort the sellers.
He has also called us today on 7.8.2010 while forcing to get the money refund and also tried to threaten us while saying that his father is in Police.
When we asked the buyer then why he had given us the repeat order from another ID when he was not satisfied by his earlier order then he lied that the previous ID was not of him while anybody can easily understand from the above buyer information that both are the IDs of same buyer.
We request immediate ebay intervention in this case or we will take up the case further legally through our company lawyer.
The other sellers may also block his IDs prasanna_r82 & venk160382 to save their collar.
