Seller Protection is Joke ?

Hello Ebay Mates,

Iam a Registered Ebay Seller. My ID is "modernmachinery1" i sold a battery to a fraud customer. here is the details of the transaction.

Paisapay id: ***

Claim ID: ***

Seller Protection ID: ***

 

The Seller Fraudulently Fooled me and ebay team and returned a Scrap bell in Return and also got the Refund of the Item. After this hapeed i asked for the seller protection and followed by this provided all the detailed documents to the seller protection team and claim adjuster but not a single response from their side has been done. i am now sick of calling their cal center again and again. Kindly Let me know the Procedure to Resolve this issue or any esclated email to their higher official to lighten towards this case. Please Help me out !
