Hi all,
I haven't receieved a single remittance after 29th October 2015. They put my remittance on hold on 2nd November as I hadn't paid the paisapay fees. On 4th Nov I cleared the pending fees but hold on paisapay is still there.
I have called ebay CC 4 times and in-appeals twice on this matter. They all tell me it will be resolved within 24-48 hours which obiviously doesn't. It's been more than a month.
I tried calling account manager Amruta Gosh but she doesn't pickup the call.
What should I do now?
Should I take a legal action against ebay?
