Dear ebay
Most of the buyers, won't care to 'confirm item receipt' or 'leave feedback to the seller'; after payment & delivering the item. They act like idle after delivering the item. They wont hear us until they want to 'file an item not received case' or 'wanna leave a negative feedback'.
But regarding the item receipt, its manageable, because ebay will complete transaction, if they are confirming it or no complaints within the specified time period.
But in the case of feedback,its a problem for the seller than buyer. Because without good reputation, our ebay selling is tough & without feedback score, maintaining reputation is difficult. So please do something like automatically leave positive feedback to seller (if need vice versa too)unless the buyer didnt leave a negative/neutral/positive feedback in a specified time period.
