Guest Order Confirmation to get the Payment

Hello,

How a Guest customer can confirm his order delivery receipt? I have a Guest buyer who have received the item but he cannot update the receipt status; because of that I am not getting my money released from Paisapay. Please help by providing the steps to update the item receipt then I can orient my customer to do the same.
