Feedback score didn't increase??

Could an eBay pink look into this and help me out please?

A buyer just left a positive feedback for me but my score didn't increase, it was 101 prior to the feedback and its still the same now. Oh and before you ask, no its NOT A REPEAT BUYER, i've never transacted or exchanged feedback with this buyer before. I remember this happening once earlier as well but i chose to ignore it, now it has happened again? I would really appreciate if someone from ebay look tell me what's going on?

May be one of your buyer who has given you a positive feedback has been suspended forever. In such cases the feedbacks the buyer leaves and receives are also deleted.

Oh, didn't know that under certain circumstances feedback can also be deleted. That appears to be the most probable explanation - Thanks.
