Ebay approving refund before deadline. ebay scam / ebay fraud

We have sold 1 item to buyer.

we dispatched item to buyer via Courier. but buyer provided us wrong contact number. as a result , item returned by courier.

we have reshipped item to buyer by mentioning correct mobile number.

same day , buyer filled a refund case as "item not recieved"

We recieved mail from ebay that we should respond and update to this by latest 14TH MAY 2017.

we sent complete courier details and reshipped details to ebay email id on 13th may 2017

But , ebay refunded buyer on 13th may 2017

we called eBay costumer department / selling department regarding this.

But they said they can not do anything now.

when we asked them "WHY THEY REFUNDED BUYER BEFORE DEADLINE?

They said that its by mistake and now nothing can be happened in this case.

they are not responsible now for the payment.

Buyer got money as well as product

who is responsible for the payment now?

what mistake did we made?

Ebay didn't make any mistake. It is done deliberately. Same thing happened with me as well. I shipped the book and within 4 days buyer filed the claim that product is not received. Even before the delivery deadline is over Ebay issued refund. And guess what the buyer also kept the book.

I think eBay guys are fraud.
They put order themselves and then refund it..
They are decision makers. They can do anything.

I have cheated by ebay two times before as eell..

Can anyone guide how to go for legal avtion?

May I suggest trying seller protection of Ebay? Because this is what worked for me. I pointed out the similar case that happened to me. What happened is that I had a very heated argument with Ebay team in another incident where I warned them to not issue refund unless the buyer agrees to refund. After that Ebay itself opened Seller Protection case for me in the previous incident and the money refunded to the buyer was reverted and credited to my account.
