Did DTDC rob me?

Hello,

I shipped a computer RAM worth 799 via DTDC as other courier services declined becasue the destination was not servicable. The guy charged me 280Rs, saying that it will non-dox via air and the minmum weight chargeable is 2KG. Did DTDC rob me?

Yes you got robbed... DTDC always shipped light weight item by air and if the location is in the nearby state then its by road .. still they wont charge you 280/- .. its hardly 80/- for a 100grams packet.

Is it a DTDC franchiseee who shipped your item?

If it yes, call up DTDC in your city and ask them for the price. Then report to them about the franchise who charged you more.
