DISCUSSION ON PAYPAL FRAUDS

HELLO EVERYONE !!

I have heard from many sellers about PAYPAL realted issues.

I will request users with any knowledge on the type of problem people are having with Pay Pal to paost it here.

i myself is been cheated and dont know wht to do
one buyer bought 5 of my product and paid via creditcard
hence i ship the order but after 2 months ebay chargeback for 3 of that item saying that the buyer creditcard is not registered
i had already ship the order and i m in great trouble of Rs.5500
plz help me

Nice to know that my discussion could provide you a oppurtunity to appeal ...

lookign at the situation i feel the matter is more realted to Pasia Pay

1. You can Fax the POD (Proof of Delivery) which you can obtain from the courier company whcih you used to ship the product.
(paisa pay fax no ia 022 - 56690000)

2. Even the Delivery Run Sheet (again obtained fromt he courier company) will suffice.

3. Dont worry incase the courier company is unable to locate the documents -- you can attach the Despatch Receipt and a letter from the courier company stating that "the Parcel Valued at --- was sent by you on the thsi --- date and the docket no was --- and it was sucessfully delviered and confirmed by our branch which executed the shipment. " -- (I am not sure about the 3rd option but the above 2 are tried and tested).
