Contact Information in Listings

Can anybody let me know that can we put our contact information in our listing or not?
As per my best knowledge we can put as per new ebay policy.
Yesterday TNS pulled down my 20 listing because I list my contact information in my listings.
Hello Indraneel Can you let me know what is exact policy?

Dear Samin,
You can publish your contact information in all your listings but make sure that you had included the Safe Trading banner.

You may had not included the Safe Trading banner and that may be the reason of removal of listings.

I suffered the same problem , my listing was pulled down, then i was told that policy says that we can give contact information but it should be accompanied by safe trading banner.The banner is a must.

this is what i was told

It’s also mandatory to include the "Safe Buying" banner within your
listing description. The "Safe Buying" banner is essential to educate
new buyers about completing their purchases on the eBay platform to be
eligible for eBay services, including the eBay Buyer Protection Program,
Feedback, Item Not Received process. This is to give new buyers, who may
be new to online shopping, the assurance and confidence of trading in a
safe and secure environment.

Hello Samin (rajawadu),

As rightly guided by Akash (newmarket05) & Deep (shree_krishna_gems) your listings were removed as there was no 'Safe Trading' banner in your Item descriptions.

It is mandatory to include the "Safe Buying" banner within your listing description to be able to provide the contact information in your listings or else it violates the policy.

Please let me know in case you need further guidance on the same.
