Buyer bought item without paying?? WTF???

I listed my galaxy note 2 as a fixed price item only. no auction on ebay on 14-03-2013. 1 day later a buyer who had made a new ebay a/c on 14-03-2013 bought the item but has yet to make the payment to ebay, how is it possible?

Buyer has not given complete postal address, not picking up my phone, has not replied to my email. Now my listing is not visible(as it says sold) and I am unable to sell it to anybody else?

I called customer care they said they can't do anything about it, SO AM I JUST SUPPOSED TO CALL A PERSON TO MAKE THE PAYMENT(it's not easy) or wait till he decides when to make the payment. wtf is this?

How is somebody able to buy my phone without paying to ebay first? ::angry::

After four days, open an unpaid item case against the buyer. Next time, when you re-list your item, please consider revising the buyer requirements to prevent such incidents.
