As I understand your question the buyer can pay through PaisaPay on any eBay site where the seller is offering the PaisaPay as payment option.

Sellers registered in India can offer PaisaPay Internationally and can receive the payment from International buyer through PaisaPay.

Tell me do paisapay issues FIRC (Foreign inward remittance certificate) when international customer pay via PaisaPay. It is really a key document when you submit a export document to your banker.

Since money is remitted in Indian Rupees there is no FIRC issued by PaisaPay.

All international invoices are to be made in US$... when we submit this invoice to bank as export document... bank refuses to accept it without FIRC. They are not ready to clear the invoice. Even when we receive money from CCavenue.com they give FIRC for International transactions..So why dont PaisaPay or PayPal... Kindly advise...
