I am very disappointed with eBay customer cares careless attitude in resolving my issue. I called many times but you people kept on telling me to check with bank and UPI. UPI provided me details of transaction log after getting approval of AGM (Digital & e-Commerce) SBI, Lucknow Head Office. The Transaction log says transaction was successful and money was credited to merchants account. They have provided me details of Bank account and its IFSC code to which money was credited. Now you guys check with your bank and not in your crap eBay software for payment confirmation. If you are third party working on contract for eBay then share this with real eBay team. Do the needful in resolving this issue because its really getting irritating for me to call multiple times eBay, bank and UPI. Details are below.
