Worst service from Ebay

I got a status update on ebay as like follows...

 

A refund has been initiated by the system on 15-Oct-14 since the seller did not ship the item by the deadline of 14-Oct-14. The refund will be processed within 5 days from the date of initiation.

 

and then one more update as follows...

 

Your refund request has been put on hold by PaisaPay on 18-Oct-14 as the seller has appealed against this refund. PaisaPay is currently verifying the proof provided by the seller. Please contact eBay Customer Support for further clarifications, if required.

 

 

 

Its been 2 weeks and there is no update on refund. Just wanted to know when my refund will get processed ? will it happen this year ? Too lazy and worst service from ebay.
