I have TD Visa Credit Card, President choice Master Card but I was not able to buy it from ebay!!??? , do you know how big deal this is??
I actually had to beg people in india for their credit card and get delayed for 2 days and only then was able to use their for the transaction. Imagine all the process , calls, request , frustration etc..!!!!
