What exactly happens when PaisaPay "adds" a bank branch?

It is quite frustrating to note that none of my 4 bank accounts are "added" to PaisaPay. IFSC code, MICR code, Account Number, and Account Holder name is sufficient for a NEFT transfer. Why can't we just provide these details for PaisaPay and be done with it? What exactly does PaisaPay "adding" a bank branch do, which makes these branches different from the non-added branches?
