WHY I'M NOT GETTING MY REFUND AMOUNT BACK AFTER 24 DAYS AND NUMEROUS CALLS TO EBAY.IN CUSTOMER CARE?

MY REFUND REQUEST WAS APPROVED ON 6TH APRIL 2016 BUT STILL TODAY i.e 30thAPRIL 2016 L HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND AMOUNT. I CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ONLY TO GET THE ANSWER THAT THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM HAD BEEN ESCALATED TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND I WILL GET MY AMOUNT IN ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT IN COUPLE OF DAYS.
HOW MANY COUPLE OF DAYS DO EBAY.IN NEED TO REFUND BACK TO ITS CUSTOMER.
FIRST THE SELLER SEND A WRONG PRODUCT, CHEAP QUALITY, DIFFERENT SIZE AND NOW EBAY DOING THIS.
WHAT NEXT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM EBAY. TOTAL NON REFUND OR YOU PEOPLE WILL JUST CHEAT MY MONEY.
