i still haven't received the refund amount in my bank account...what should i do now?

refund approved and processed for these two

Paisapay id- 45790360132 and 45790346622

i had cancelled the order on the day i bought the item via net banking....

Yet after 6 working days i still haven't got my refund in my bank account (check the image which i have attached)

and can't even raise a claim ebay says:

You cannot raise a claim on this item, as a refund has already been initiated.

 

what should i do now?

Even if it is taking long time without answering the status of your eligible payment sending by them, you have to write letters to the them under either speed post or regd post and hold the acknowledgement with you, after writing you wait for some time for 30 days, even for that day time you have not received neither amount nor reply you can approach an advocate to file case against them.  This is the way you have to proceed for claim the amount.
