I have not yet received my refund back from E-Bay

Brought this Item on Oct 07 . Seller couldnt ship the Item and Paisa Pay has confirmed that refund has been made. Raised a Claim but was rejected mentioning that refund has been generated and is already on the way.

 

I chat with your  customer care executive  Swetha G on October 27th. She mentioned that there was a technical error and she mentioned that now it has been rectified and I will receive the money in 2-3 days. 

 

Nothing happened. I tried to contact again and got  the same excecutive on 07-Nov-14. When I told her that still I didnt got money, she kept mum and give no reply to me.

 

 Let me know what you can do to get my refund back??
