Since eBay became MintKart. Remittance schedule has gone for a toss. Whole august remittance has been delayed and now COD and prepaid remittance dated 22nd and 24th is pending. Selling team is giving same copy paste reply since last week that you will get remittance in next 24 hours but still haven't received it. Can anyone from upper management give us (Sellers) a responsible explanation that why this is happening and what is this so called "Technical Issue" which is going on which MintKart is incapable of fixing.
Delays in remittance is hurting small sellers like me alot.
We rely on remittance to pay our dues and to acquire more inventory, such delays might not seems big for MintKart but it could potentialy harm our business on eBay.in and our goodwill in market.
