This is my second e-mail but no reply by you. I need Invoice.
In e-bay.in shopping site I like the technical specification of Tata sky HD set top box (mpeg 4, resolution 1081-i, ratio 16:9 sound 7.1) and price (Rs.1450/-) with 8GB micro sd card. I gave order on 28 Jan 2016 my order no was 41763102412 and AWB No. 1178332548.
I really surprises and happy because next day (29 Jan 2016) tata sky technician come and install my connection. I asked question about my doubt 1). Why this set top box delivered early? because e-bay / Siddharth Chaudhary inform me delivery date was 02 Feb 2016. 2). This set top box is same as that, I gave order to ebay/Siddharth Chaudhary? but he can’t reply. Installation completed. Now I am waiting for my invoice copy because with my invoice copy I have come to know about my tata sky HD set top box technical specification.
On 1 Feb 2016 I recd my micro SD card also from Siddharth Chaudhary but there was no invoice in this courier too.
I check set top box by using remote option (Organiser à System setting à System details but there is no specific details given by e-bay/Siddharth Chaudhary.
Kindly request to you, in early to install set top box you do mistake and I missed my invoice as well as technical specification product. Do needful action.
