Change of delivery address after placing an order

Hello,

I have placed my order and paid for it. However, I realized that I need to change the delivery address due to inevitable circumstances. The product is not yet shipped, but when I tried to contact the seller with a different delivery address, he/she responded that they would not able to change the address and only ebay would be able to do so.

Please help me change the address.

Generally when such cases happen I ask the buyer to send the updated address through ebay message and send the product to the updated address.

Normally the seller shouldnt have any issue with it.

If the seller does not want to do the same you can ask the seller to cancel the order (there are no penalties on either the buyer or seller) and place a new order again. Regards.

1. Immediately give the item number here so that we can know who the seller is.

2. Find out from the seller the reason why he/she is unable to change the address.

3. Is the pin code different in your new address.

4. If the item is not shipped then ask the seller and ebay customer care to cancel the transaction.
