1.Sellers account-when buyers do not pay and our accountbalance increases!

Why blame eBay India. They are so nice.

If the buyer doesn't make the payment, open Unpaid Item Dispute.

EBay-Customer support is good. They may give automated response. But they will make sure that the problem gets solved.

Paisaypay problems & Account Safety? Please give more details, I or some other will certainly reply.

As you are new, It takes time to get much orders. Also change your marketing type so that most will check your product.

Also use Buyer requirements (you can find in Preference) so that you will find genuine buyers. ---------------
