If a customer has paid for the product online and again he paid a delivery person and within seven days if he is not getting the product he will file a case.
customer has received the shipment is good and exact condition. but he is saying that delivery person asked and he paid just because he needed the goods very badly.
So, I tried calling the customer and his phone is switched off and mailed him saying please provide the reciept copy which you paid for delivery person.
I didn't get any response from customer.
Is this seller problem? Please help me to solve this issue.
