I lost money in a transaction and order was not made. Error: Payment was not complete. Need Refund!!

My order was not even completed! four items worth rs 1000. I made an online payment through sbi netbanking. THe error showed that payment was not made but money was deducted from my account! How can i get refund? The order is not even shown in my history
