I am new to ebay and i was trying to purchase guardian net secure antivirus on 30th july 2015 from site, used payback points & bank gateway, after bank gateway shows that order was unsuccessful and my payment was deducted. here is reference no:- 521104878775.. same day i called to ebay and they registered complain, here is complain no.1-51671254975..I was told that i will get email confirmation within 48 hour but i didn't got anything from yourside....today on 5th august chat with your team (Customer Service Chat Transcript - SR# 1-51962771014) and they also told me that, i will get solution by today evening but very disappointed service and very very very very bad experience from ebay..kindly help me to get out of this problem and give me my refund ??????
