Hi, Ebay wont buy or sell or supply , when u buy a product seller is responsible to supply product to u, some sellers have tie up with courier companies, if they not able to delivery goods to your pincode so they wont send and if u paid money it would return back to u, so better if u buying any product on ebay, u can contact to sellers wheather he can delivery product to your pincode.
