Hello I would like to add a list of items into ebay using file exchange. I have refered this page https://ebay.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1850 in the php code it is asking for security code,i have logged in then it is showing

when i have tried to subscribe i am getting this message
To qualify for File Exchange, you must:
- Be a registered member of eBay for at least 90 days.
- List at least 50 listings a month in any category.
I have understood what is meant by "
