KYC Verification is Incomplete.

I have linked my verified PayPal account with my ebay account and filled all my kyc but still it says my kyc verification is incomplete. 

How do i get my account verified? Its been 2 days. Also i donot have a seller support number.

Is there any way to activate seller account?

I have submitted about 1 month ago. Still not verified. I cannot list items too. There is no support for Indian sellers
