Dear sir / Madam
I have blocked the buyer but still he buying or bidding in some other ebay id's at that same time he is also having only po box no. no full address, when ever i have supplied he is he is not received the packet or items in good condition so that i have blocked the ebay id.
He paid two items i have refuned saying i am not able to supply if he really interest ask his friends or any staff come and pick the items from office. It is not at all problem.
Please let me know what to do.
