What is ADC ( Assistance Drug Controller Certificate )

Dear Sir,

ADC means Assistant Drug Controller.

You need to get an NOC from the ADC when you wish to ship medicines, OTC products or cosmetics on commercial basis or as a gift to your friends (non commercial basis)

ADC NOC is obtained from the Airport. You need to present following documents to get it:

1) Drug License
2) IEC
3) Sample of the product that needs to be exported.
4) Commercial invoice (4 copies)
5) For tobacco items, you should provide an NOC from tobacco control board.

If medicine or Cosmetic (like an antibiotic, pain killer etc), then they will ask for the Loan License Agreement or NOC from the manufacturer.
