Dear Ebay,Claim ID :263285 is not resolved, Is there any one to help me?

Claim ID :263285 is not resolved, so its been like more than 2 weeks and i haven't got any refund or any ack for the same. So this clearly shows that Ebay is also cheating customer..

I dont know is ther any one responsible to take care of this, pelase check the email transcription happened. I thought sellers are cheating and now i lost hope with Ebay in terms of customer service. So i guess it is not safe for me to have any online transcation with Ebay. EOD they just dont need negative feedback and leave customers like me in a heck. Totally disappointed and raised this to consumer grievance to take in to next level.

My seller I'd is soni99999.
I have also a same problem like you..

I sold item at sep-12 and then buyer claim next month and I won the case and case was closed in favor of me.

Now I am active again at ebay and sold some products
Now as a part of that case which closed in favor of my side they deduct Rs.10,930/-
As a claimed amount.

Now from last 10 days I called so many times at ebay customer care but they didn't tell me any satisfied answer to me.

Now I am also thinking to get help of online consumer forum.
