Hi MMIS,

If its less than 30 days since you bought the item then I would suggest you use ebay guarantee, you can get a replacement or money back as per ebay policy.

Seller is completely fake & 420, he don't reply customer, after giving feedback he called me up & requested to remove it & assured me to send repair kit. once i receive courier from him it was a e bay pack but after opening it it was completely empty. he is frod kindly remove him from e bay seller list otherwise he will distract the image of e bay.
