I purchsed chooper. I was sent wrong product. I returned to the shop.But I did not get the shipping charges. When I called to the seller, I was asked to scan and mail the courier receipt. I did it. No result. After many days, I posted negative feedback. Immediately, I got a call from the selller saying that charges will be returned with in one hour. And I was asked to remove negative feedback. I just expressed my satisfaction for their call. I got many mails to remove feedback. And till now no money retunrs nothing.
Very bad experience with ebay. Its like cheating.
