regarding refund of money

I recently purchased an item from Ebay using 10% off coupon.Due to some reasons,item didn't get delivered on time.Later ,i received the item after making refund request and amount has been refunded to my account.I want to pay the amount back to seller.How much do i have to pay back,
100 % or 90% of item price ?
(amount credited to my account is 90% item's price).
