I bought an item and they sent me a free coupon code of 2 free movie tickets. But when i try to redeem it ,it shows that the code is invalid. I contacted the service center they said that we can't help you. So many years of shopping on ebay and they say that we can't help you. They cross checked my email, residential address and phone number so. But they still don't give me a new coupon code. M so much dejected by this. 0 trust now. Very bad service ebay.
