ebay guarantees the customer that 100% satisfaction else replacement or refund. so why is it so difficult for ebay to honour that.

was raised on 30th sep however no action has happened till now. as a global company i expected much more from ebay. this is definitely not the way things are to be handled. the people you have hired to do this job are really incompetant. one of them gave a miss call and then wrote in the remarks that i am not picking up the phone so give an alternate no. i was busy in a meeting that day. either he didn't want to do the job or he has zero brains. however the customers are the one suffering. it is requested that the issue may be resolved at the earliest.
