i have purchased a one mobile phone from your ebay web site (paisa pay Id is:41270603634) and complain id 1533758 purchase date11/12/2015 and i received the product on 17/12/2015 and i opened the box and saw product is damaged and i opened claim same day he's says in five working days i will receive a call on 20th December and she says what problem you face i will tell the problem i say phone is damage and touch is not working then she says you are changing the words and close the my claim and disconnect my phone then i was re call this no. but i have received no answer then i call customer care no. and tell my problem i face he say ok sir sorry about this i will request our complaint executive and you receive again call 72 hours i will say ok after 72 hours i will not receive any call then i will again call he will again say wait 48 to 72 hours i will wait but again not receive any call today 27/12/2015 if you will not take any action i will take action and go to consumer forum.
