Hi,
I have received coupon against reimbursement of reshipment of faulty item to seller. but while applying that coupon it shows that it has already applied. I have already raised request , bt did not get any revert excluding auto generated mail.
I couldn't believe that eBay will provide me a used coupon. when I call customer service they r only raise requests and tell me that you will get revert within 48 hrs. But I never get that.
