Ebay india is very worst online site that I have seen. Never go for any kind purchase.
I have gone for purchase a mobile on 6th Apr 17. When I purchased the commitment
was that will deliver between 10-11th Apl 17.
But till 11Apr17 that was ready to dispatched even deliver date is displaying 24th Apr 17. So I put the mail for cancellation for both dealer and ebay, my . When that was not cancelled I have contacted the customers care they said that you request the dealer to cancelled. In evening got the mail for dealer that stock was not available tomorrow will try to dispatch. I have replied back no need this product any more, cancel it ASAP. In that time also consignment was not dispatched.
There is lots follow up with customers care and today mail came from ebay that order has been shipped so that will not going to cancelled and try our best to deliver this product soon.
