I was surfing in ebay to purchase an airconditioner, when it recommended Snap deal as a partner site. I clicked the icon in ebay which took me to the Snap deal website. I placed the order and made a prepayment of Rs 30,895. The order number is *** . The seller is *** who was supposed to ship the item by September 11th. The seller failed to ship the item within the prescribed date. I raised the issue of refund,
What waas shocking is that the customer care who responded to the cancellation order claimed that the item was not delivered due to non availability of any person in the address.
The purpose of this message to Ebay is
- Evaluate the other site before recommending it. It is Ebay who loses the credibility by referring less professional sites
- The seller namely *** is a seller in Ebay, I recommend to put a tab on him, because there are possibilties to tarnish the image of Ebay
