Shipment Damaged by Bludedart, while in transit and being returned to Seller

 Bluedart damaged the product while, in transit, due to waterlogging in their warehosue, so they are returning it themselves to the seller.. They are still tracing the packet and it might
take time. The Powership LSP picking the packet late from seller,
delays in transit and then water;logging in LSP's warehouse and damage
to the shipment, their current inability to return the damaged
shipment back to seller, Non of this is my heachache.

 

This is all Ebay's piece of problem .


This has been one of the worst experiences i had with Ecommerce
websites. 

This packet contained a mobile phone, I don't have a phone,
desperatley want a phone, can you live without a phone in today's
world. I also do not want a refund.

What i want from you, is allow seller- Valuecart to ship another
product ASAP by EOD today and the package on one day delievery and
ebay, seller and LSP- bluedart can keep on working for the recovery of
the previous shipment.

Can any of you suggest, what happens to shipements which are damaged in transit and being returned to seller, will they ship a new prodcut once it reaches back to seller or now? please suggest
