For most of the items, I've found ur costs are higher & inflated for similar items compared to other sites.
Just for one ez, today I see Mamy Poko diaper is showing Rs.499.00 + 49.00 (del charge) @ebay. Total: 548.00!!
Whereas the same is avl on other site for Rs.421.00 (del free). Sometimes I do get it @399.00 also, delivered in next day!!!!
20-25% price diff is not acceptable under any circumstance. This is true for many other products also which you should look
into with due importance. Thats one reason, I've reduced my shoppings @ebay unless there's some great offers.
Once customers perceive this, you'll never regain their confidance back. I found you lack in procurement & vendor selections.
Also check into ur website designing again for more attractive & user friendly presentations.
